Refund policy

If you change your mind, contact Olise Atelier at egwaliblessing6@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the item. We will provide return instructions when you contact us.

Please take reasonable care of the item while it is with you. Unless the item is faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. If you cancel a whole order, we will also refund the cost of standard outbound delivery; any extra paid for a faster delivery service is not included.

We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, email us with your order number so we can resolve it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
